How long is the payment requested to get paid?

Hi friends.
I don't know if this site is still paying or not?
5 days ago I requested my payment to PP with an amount of 4 bucks but it had been pending for 4 days.
(I also sent a ticket on the second day of pending but I was not replied)
Yesterday I cancelled my pending and request again, of course it's the same "pending"
What is this process going to be? How long does this pending take for time-frame?
Here is my status:
Member Since: Mar 7, 2013
Membership: Yearly Premium
Upgrade Expires: 21-03-2014

Do not cancel Your payment requests, otherwise, You will wait longer :D ;)

Make some time to explore the site all is displayed on membership page.
Everytime you cancel a payout request it's a new request and you have to wait 2x times.

Hello,

When you cancel a payment and you request it again then you go on the bottom of the list.
The payout time frame is 3 days but sometimes it might take 4 because of vocations or high load work.

I would want to inquire about the process of canceling a withdrawal and if the full amount, inclusive of the 3% fee and additional $0.6 deduction, will be returned. bad time simulator
