Why don't I receive my payment?

Why are there people who request a withdrawal after me and I haven't been paid yet?

I made a withdrawal request on July 10 but there are people who made after that date and received their payment

As explained many times before, payments will be processed when possible.

Still, that answer doesn't explain current processing order of payments without any correlation to their actual date.
