mY NET PROVIDER IS CLOSING HIS Business I have to change my IP

Dear Sir,

As my Internet provider is closing his Net business my problem
is that I will loose my present IP . iF CHANGE NET PROVIDER
THAN i HAVE TO CHANGE PRESENT IP. i F I cHANGE my present IP THAN i will be suspended from ptc
In this case what to do please advice me to change my present IP without getting suspension of account
