Changes on rented referral prices

Hello,

Here is the new price table for each rented referrals :
0 -> 250 0.15$
251 -> 500 0.15$
501 -> 750 0.16$
751 -> 1000 0.17$
1001 -> 1250 0.18$
1251 -> 1500 0.19$
1501 -> 1750 0.20$
Over 1750 0.25$

Before this change the price was a steady 0,15$ but this was going to make the site unstable since with the ultimate membership there is no limit with rented referrals.
Also we will consider to increase the price of ultimate membership since there is no limit for rented referrals and it has 150% downline earnings.
