Depends, if you know the time when you took the membership. If you had a recent upgrade then, you can check it out in your "Order" history, else do it a day earlier or as soon as it hit's zero day. Zero will mean that you have less than 24 hrs to do it. Best wishes for your account

If you are extending the same upgrade,lets say monthly silver to monthly silver, you can safely extend before your upgrade expires as you will extend by 30 days. So if you have 5 days left on your upgrade this will give you 35 days.Hope this helps.All the best.

If you are taking a higher membership. Then you will have to raise a support ticket, Admin will add back the difference amount to your account manually.
