Please cancel my pending withdraw

Admin, please cancel my pending withdraw:"Dec 23 2020 01:18:06 AM P1038382661 4.35 Pending". My account was hack with user with payeer account P1038382661. I managed to change my password, but I can't cancel the requested payment, thank you.
