Invalid Advertisment?

There is an ad entitled "$30 free welcome signup bonus" and loads the FTX-Finance.com website. When the web page loads the timer says "wait please" as normal and then instead of the timer loading it says "Invalid Advertisement". So, no credit for viewing the ad. What does "Invalid Advertisement" mean?
