Increase on payout waiting time

Hello,

Gptplanet is growing every day and that means that we have more and more members to check daily.This is why is really hard to not stay back on payments.Some of you might have noticed a small delay on payments (you waited 4 days instead of 3).
Since we check all accounts manually we have to increase the maximum days that you must wait in order to receive your payment up to 7 days.
The other option was to increase the minimum payout but we want to keep it as low as possible in order for standard members to reach it as soon as possible.

Some other sites need to wait 30 days. scarlet and gptplanet grewing fast. within 7 days, REASONABLE!
