Hello,

This is because you are a standard member and since you earn only 10% of your referral clicks the earnings from 4 clicks are lower than $0,001.
For example let's say that the clicks were 0,001$.You earned 0,0004$.
I would suggest you to upgrade your account in order to have profit with rented referrals.
