Low RR earnings.

I earn only 0.0001$ per click from my rented referrals. I thought it would be 0.001$.
Is it normal or is their a problem with my account. (standard)

If it is 0.0001$ then renting referrals is a big loss.!!??

For 10 refs (assuming avg = 5)
cost=2$
earning=0.0001x5x30x10=0.15$
Please correct me.
