I lost 6 days of my silver monthly when I was extending to gold monthly today ?? how come ?Please explain as my Silver monthly was due to expire on 26 july 2015. I extended to monthly Gold to take advantage of ongoing gold monthly promo. but the instead of adding days after 26 july 2015 the system here is charging me from today onwards very UNFAIR. it is showing 20 august 2015 as an expiry date for monthly gold renewal. Please help and clarify as to when should one extend his membership ? OR wait for the current plan to expire first ? Regards., mWiz., |
