Good afternoon , I have to you 2 questions 1. Why is my reset 08/07/2015 principal balance and the balance of purchases account ? 2. Why do you shut down my request and did not give an answer ??

Hello,

I have replied to both of your tickets.
The balance did not reset since you only have 117 clicks and $0.225 in your account balance.
Your purchase balance also did not reset since you added $10 and you purchased a Monthly Gold membership which costs $10.
