Withdraw history for freebyrd

I think I understand why my very fist withdraw doesn't show...the platform changed at some point and it just didn't carry over. My other withdraws since show but just wondering why my latest withdraw (& given to me) on 4/30/15 does not show on my withdraw history. Thanks. freebyrd

send the screenshot of payout in support and get checked.
