Please Admin when you answer topics in forum try to answer all topics existed in forum
don't pick some topics and leave others!
specially topics in Help & Support section, because I noticed that you are answering some
topics and leaving other topics without answer!?
It's all important to members, all the topics.

Most of the times members open a topic and then send the same question with a support ticket and since i reply the support ticket,i do not reply the topic as well.
