if I upgrade Monthly Silver and get RENT REFERRALS 30. how much I earned end of month?

It depends on your referral AVG, I think that not very much, maybe somewhere 1,2$ - 1,6$. But you have to calculate your monthly silver membership expenses too.
My advice to you, you have to rent at least 100 referrals and after you buy them - extend them for maximum time 365 days, and then you can start earn money!

Please give me tips or strategies regarding managing referrals. I'm newbie here and doesn't have enough knowledge in managing referrals especially rented referrals.
