I want to get direct referals but I am completely unknown about it.Give me ideas.

Hello there guys,
I was wondering if I buy a direct referrals, then if one of them is not clicking or it's clicks are few
or giving me bad Avg of clicking; then can I recycle it or not?
And if someone knows about the Avg of RRS and DRS on both sites Scarlet and gptplanet
please inform me.

hi admin RR not working properly plzz check I know I not click yesterday but my RR not click yesterday too I clicked my ads on 24th but I dont get earning from RR on 25th before its happen tooo plzzz check this bug
