Actually it isn't, payments are still being made. But within limits of income.Currently there is $1000 in pending payments, it is halve of what it was before. It is mostly standard members providing the site with income as they click the ads and do the offers. |

No, I still haven't received my withdrawal and it's going to be 4 months while other "users" (if they are real) withdraw and dolfinho, who is a bot, comments on everything.
