No. It is not used.

It don't support paypal.

The problem is not gptPlanet or the other Bux/PTC sites - the problem is Paypal...
Many years ago Paypal was still working with Bux/PTC sites, but then they changed their regulations and since then Paypal does not support Bux/PTC sites anymore...
