how auto paw work
if the rr click it extend for a day? or only hours?

The referral extends for 1 more day when he clicks.

Basically if he was 30 days old, and he clicked today, tomorrow he will have 30 days again, because he received the extension of 1 day because he clicked, but it also has the cost of 1 day that has passed.
If he has not clicked, the next day will have 29 days remaining, as he only paid the cost and did not receive any extension, because he did not click.
