There are some system problems both on Scarlet and GPT. Hope admin fix soon

1. My RR clicks down hard from 22 November.
2. Auto pay did not work in 1-2 day but fixed

yep true, my SC account clicks drops before i was getting average over 6.00 nw 5.60
