Scarlet Clicks suspended my account

Hello, I use these 2 sites from 2012! I did not win much, but I thought they were at least serious, so I kept myself! Every evening at 0:00, I was sitting up specially to break the ads when they were the most, and when I sat on the computer, I checked if there were any new ads to I watch! Now, I have stopped my account because I've used some auto-click software! I do not even know what it is!
I want to ask if there are such victims who have clicked on their own and finally have their accounts removed? I think some Scartlet have a bug in the system as they tell me I'm using some software! They do not even want to explain to me exactly what my mistake is and how they "understood" about this ""software"!
