So here's what happened. I was in a hurry to Upgrade my account and I mistakenly Upgraded to Gold monthly instead of Gold Plus monthly which I have been for several months. Right away I submitted a Support Ticket.
The Support page said I would receive a reply within 48 hours. Well it didn't take 48 hours. It took less then 12 hours for the Admin. to correct my mistake with no further action required by me. Great job GPTPlanet!
