adding funds from paypal to withdraw

Hello,
I wanted to withdraw money, but to enable the cashout button , I am not able to add funds from paypal.
please guide me for same.
Also, in accounts we can see earned so far column along with amount . can we withdraw the earned so far from referrals column?

Hello,

First of all you do not have to deposit funds in order to be able to withdraw.
Secondly,what is the error that you get when you try to add funds via Paypal?

The earnings of your referrals get added automatically to your account balance.So,if you haven't already transferred them to your purchase balance you can withdraw them.
