Hello,

This is not the first time this has happened with GPTPlanet or ScarletClicks, so I feel the need to say something. My payment amount is incorrect. I requested payment from GPT on 1/11/14 for $2.03841. This is the amount my withdraw request shows I would receive and I have a screenshot to prove it. This would round to $2.04, but even forgiving that, the least should be $2.03. What I received was $2.02. As I said, this is not the first time this has happened with your two sites & my payments. It's not really the few "cents" that is the issue, but rather the "principle" of the matter. I was due at least $2.04 to $2.03 minimum and was only paid $2.02. Why the discrepancy in payment? (And no, no fees were taken by Paypal). Please fix and add to my PayPal account the $0.01 to $0.02 due me, as a matter of principle & what you clearly showed I would be paid and what I earned. Thanks.

There is Fee of 1% from your cashout amount.
you requested 2.04 so after 1% cashout fee it is 2.02.
If you received 2.02 it the correct amount you received in paypal.

Allow me to rephrase this. The amount I was to "receive" was to be $2.03841 (& my screen shot shows this). My initial cash out was $2.0590000. 1% of this is $0.02059, leaving $2.03841 I should have been paid. I was only paid $2.02. Sh/ have been paid $2.04 or $2.03 at the least since PTC's don't seem to want to round like any normal paying company does. Why was I only paid $2.02? I hope I made it clearer this time and will receive an answer based on the facts. I know it is only a matter of 0.01 to $0.02, but to me it is the principle of the matter, the inequity of the matter & just plain fairness. Thanks.

Is there any particular reason this would require a support ticket? I would just appreciate a response on forum from admin as to why I am not being paid what I should have been paid. Again, I have a screen shot of what I should have been paid. Thank you. freebyrd
