Cashout changes

Hello,

We noticed as the site is growing that we have to control somehow the cash flow of the site.This is why we have to set a maximum per time cashout limit.
For premium members the limit is $50 every 2 days and for standard is $10 every 5 days.

I have request payment since Jan 15th , as an instant service this really absurd that till today has not release sooner the request payment .
