Add Fund missing for Yearly Upgrade

Dear Admin!

This is the second time happening that add fund went missing from purchase balance. Last time it took 4 days to get back to me (in ScarletClicks). Now I wanted to purchase yearly Gold for $50 and I added $36 from paypal ((Unique Transaction ID 73N573734G9287716). My existing purchase balance is 14.1035, whereas by now it should read 50.1035. Now the whole $36 is missing and looks like I'm about to miss the deadline.

This is not my fault that $36 is missing. I want my yearly gold for $50. Thank you!

Hello,

Sometimes,it takes some time for your purchase balance to get updated if we are getting a lot of deposits/orders at that moment.
