Traffic Monsoon is under investigation by the US Securities Commission as a Ponzi Scheme and has been shut down by them. Most PTC sites have quit running there ads. Why does Scarlet Clix and GPTPlanet continue with these ads. It reflects poorly on 2 great PTC sites that they keep pushing these in light of the current status of this program.
