i requested payout last week for $9.38 and i have not received it even though on this site says that payout is complete. What could be the problem admin?

Please submit a support ticket for this issue.
Most probably your paypal account is not eligible to receive funds.

I have save id, becasue I have not get the email. I want to know when I can get the payment ?
