Possible virus infected ad

Hey I thought I would warn everyone about a possible virus infected ad. I clicked on this ad link: https://www.gptplanet.com/fixedads_surfer.php?view=surfer&t=b7015cb9db7ff76859927e3f5041f68e (one of the spin my traffic ones) and I got a pop up message saying that the computer has been locked (possible ransomware attempt). Running a virus scan to make sure my computer is not infected, but the ad in question definitely seemed like it might be an infected website (at least one of the sites on the rotator is).

Hy Ryan, thank for the warning. I am quite sure the administrator would see this and repaired the ads. But for security reason, is there anything I need to do for blocking the virus?
