login error effecting rent referrals

I have been getting a login error and my Rent referrals clicks has drop very large amount and this has been going on for a week. I click all the ads for the day. When it first started I click on the top left button twice to get to my account until now I read to refresh the page. can anybody help me please

here is the login error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class cron_user in /storage/gptplanewue50ccd/files/gptplanet.com/includes//crons/user.php on line 0
