Inquiry about balance

hello

before the gptplanet's database "crashed", i had $1.38 ($1.38660 to be exact with 4,461 number of clicks) in my balance; and unfortunately my account is one of those unfortunate accounts that were not recovered, and i have no other choice but to register again and start to zero (0).

i would like to know if it is still possible for your good office to add back my previous balance i stated above, to recover the effort i made since october of last year, 2012.

hoping for your positive response on this matter.

DEAR friend i have same problems.
And i was hope that to renew my account was more easy as I
peridicaly has posted stats on this forum Stats part.
BUT nothing happend up today. My ticket and post without answer.
DEAR ADMIN PLEASE HELP YOU MEMBERS. !!!!!
