Scarlet Clicks Login Problems

Hello,

I submitted a support ticket at Scarlet Clicks and have not received a response.

My Scarlet Clicks username is moorehp3 and have logged into the system with the correct info and the system keeps saying the info is not correct.

Please help.

Administrators are trying to fix this problem.
Due to a database corrupted when site maintenance!

Hello,

As you know we had a database crash.We are trying our best to recover all accounts,please be patient.

Also the database crash did not happen during our maintenance.We did the maintenance because of the crash since all members could not log in to there accounts.

How long will it take Admin.Is it all the Members of scarlet cannot login to there account or just some?

I can not access my account of scarlet-clicks
my username at scarlett clicks is raydenmgs4
