i deposit with perfectmoney about 3$ and withdraw about 3$ but deposit with paypal is about 50$ and i need to know can i withdraw with perfect money more or i can do it only with paypal?

Yes,we do not have that kind of limitations.
You can deposit using one payment processor and withdraw to another.
