Hi can the Message system be used to contact your downline? My messages just get rejected, help anyone???

Hello,

In order for you to be able to contact your downline,your referral must have enabled the message system otherwise he will not receive your messages.

Thanks for the quick reply, I thought it might be that but wasn't sure..
