RR clicks

Every day before i view my ads the RR clicks are always zero and I have no problem with that. But after I start viewing my ads I start being credited my RR clicks.
Does this mean that I did not get credited from those RR who viewed their ads before I did?

You'll get RR clicks credited into your account after server reset time +01, no matter at what time you click.
