Hello,

You have to click to PTSU on the top of the page and then select the ptsu offer that you are interested in.
When you click at the ptsu offer you must click the link and register and then follow the instructions of the description(if there are any) and when you are done with the registration return to Gptplanet's page and complete the following form:
Username or Email used in signup process.: "Here you must write down the username or email you used on the site you registered."
Welcome email or any extra information.: "Here copy-paste the welcome mail,or welcome message."
Finally,you have to wait for the advertiser to approve your offer.If the offer was about a paid to click site i would suggest you to be active because your offer might get denied.

Some persones give only their email address. It does not help to recognize the person among dozens of referrals. The username is very important.
