What is the correct way of sending and completing the pay to singup offers?

So, i see there is this button on the menu that is shown as ptsu, in here i have all this options of earning money by registering in different websites of the same kind(ptc) being a referral from the person that manages that offer, it is structured by : the link, the pay uppon approval, instructions, username or email used in singup , welcome email, and of course, the send button. What i dont understand is, when should i send my request to get the payment, what i mean is, how will the proces be completed?. I instanly singup and then fill the blanks and send the request or... i have to sing up, do what the owner of the offer wants me to do in the instructions, and after i complete all the clicks or task he/she demands, come back to the ptsu section and then send the request? Sorry if i dont make myself very clear, my english is not perfect, Salutes!
