I Can't rent refferals

Hello i have problem please help me.

I am golden member and i want to rent refferals and the sytem says this: "There are no referrals available for rent."

I was waiting for the re-rental day, and i came today and i was ready to rent 100 more but i cant do this right now i dont know why?

Please help me
