Hello,

About 10 days ao i started to work with Gptplanet. I did searched many PTC websites and i found Gptplanet the safer and trustable site. First i deposited $3 and i search about everything about the site and i decided to join.

Today i made $30 deposit and wanted to have ads for my web page. While i was buying credit i push accidently to buy Paid To Signup Offers credits. I spend $2 but i can not use those offers beacuse i am already member of the offer sites.

What should i do, what would you recommend? Have i lost my $2 or you can give it to me or change with another advertise appotunity? I would like to spend that money with publishing ads with your site.

Please submit a support ticket and we will refund the $2 to your purchase balance so you can use them to another advertising type.
We are people and we all make mistakes ;)
