Hi.I'm a mathematical dummy and a newbie at PTCs. I'm only a member of gptplanet and am doing ok. I've had 3 cash outs. Yet I don't understand how to work out the Average a Rental needs to achieve to be profitable. My rentals are 50% @ 30 days. The other 50% I'm increasing. Some are at 180 days. Finally ( you are thinking ) can anyone either furnish me with a formula for working out a profitable AVG, or at least the AVG for 30 day rentals.. Cheers guys.. Oh. Many thanks for the advices.I now have 252 RRs. Of those, 68 are 4.5 or Less AVG... Those over 5.5 AVG i've extended to 60+ days. Im gonna shoot for 5.0+ AVG. Right now with autopay enabled, most of the RRs earnings pay for the autopay costs. There's only a few cents over daily.. Again, many thanks for the advice Dave |

Your BEP = Daily Cost per RR / click value = $ 0.00552275 / $ 0.001 = 5.5228. I suggest you rent 500 or 750 RR to minimize daily cost. With 500 RR (autopay = $ 0.0042) you need an avg of 4.8667, whereas 750 RR (autopay = $ 0.0044) need an avg of 4.8444. |
