Balance after cashout from freebyrd

I am wondering why my balance is 0.00 after cash out. My balance was $2.5636500 less 1% fee = 2.5380135 paid or $2.5300 (rounded off properly sh/be 2.54). Anyway, my balance now shows 0.0000000. Where is the rest of my balance of 0.0080135? All of the other PTC sites leave my balance to include the balance I wasn't paid exactly. So not only do you not use the typical round off figure for payout....but you also do not keep my exact balance and instead zero it out. You gain many pennies from all of us by skimming on both the payout & balance after payout. Please explain. Thanks for your time. freebyrd

No reply?????To go further, I was only paid 2.52. Rounded off by the standard, I should have been paid 2.54 per my previous message. As well, I lost my tiny balance...balance went to 0.00 instead of leaving a balance. Now to top it off, was to have been paid 2.53 per your website (and I have a screen shot), but was only paid 2.52. Why do you keep cheating us this way? I understand it's only pennies on my account, but for every account you do this to....it gives you lots of extra income that you cheat us out of. I am unhappy about that. I belong to many PTC's that not only don't charge a fee at all, but don't cheat in this way. Please explain. freebyrd Bump....a reply would be appreciated. |
