Pending withdrawal!

I have placed a withdrawal request of $2.25 after deduction of transfer charges. Till date I have not received my payments. I want to know why my payment has been with held for more that a week by now? My account status is showing Pending withdrawal and my Payeer account has not informed me about the payment that i am supposed to get from Gptplanet. Usually, I get an e-mail from Payeer, they inform us for any payment that I get. But over a week has passed and yet I did not get the money for the work I have done! Please inform me as to why I have not received my payments yet?

You haven't ever requested a payment from Gptplanet.

Your balance is 0 since you haven't done any clicks,so how do you say that you haven't received a payment from us?
