Fake ads?

Since yesterday, the phenomenon has become very often, with ads showing that I have seen them within in 24 hours, while this is not happening.
Specifically. I click on the ad, and when I click on the image after the timing ends, another got tab appears, saying that I have seen the ad within 24 hours.
Consider it, please, because if this continues, I will stop.
