Empty list of referrals to rent

Hello.
Could somebody explain to me what's going on with renting refs? For several days I can not rent any new. The list of options in "Rent Referrals" is empty. Is this a general GPT Planet problem or is something wrong with my account? I tried on different browsers and from different devices and it's the same everywhere

I think you max out your rr
Check the extend membership for the max rr on mothly silver
Upgrade to golden monthly to have up to 800 rr

I completely forgot that I am already on the limit of quantity. I was so sure I could have 200 refs at this level that I didn't even think to check it. I apologize for this false alarm
