Airtm fees

Hi, I just withdrew by Airtm and I've been hit with a few fees. I got hit with s 30 cent fee by airTM which is ok but them I've been hit by a 59 cent fee when accepting it into paypal. I withdrew $5.60 from gpt and only got $4.71 in my paypal account after all of the fees. Are the fees standard or a percentage of the transaction?. Thanks
