I can not withdraw money. I already did 2 attempts

Greetings admin.

I write because, like Gunusha and luizleao, I can not withdraw my earnings either and the worst part of the case is that the wallets do not appear at the time of retirement (payeer, bitcoin, litecoin...) .

I ask ... Is it a page fault or another major cause? I hope that this anomaly is solved as soon as possible and we are not affected by the usuatios. I reiterate the greeting and good day.
