Scrolling on RR's Page

Is anyone else having problems scrolling on the rented refferals page? I know it's not my computer because I go to other pages and the scrolling works fine EXCEPT on GPT RR page.

No it's working fine could be your mouse settings!

I checked my mouse setting's and everything's fine. It's so weird, I only have problems scrolling on my Rented Referral's page. All other pages scroll just fine
