Help With Autopay?

Hey guys!
So I have a question regarding the Autopay feature for RR ( Rented Referrals):
When it says "Autopay: ENABLE, Click here to change it"
does that mean the feature IS enabled or I have to click it to change it to be on?
And, is it the same idea when it says: "Autopay: DISABLE, click here to change it" ?

Autopay is an easier way of paying for your rented referrals when the monthly recycle ends, you can also do it manually its a preference really you can have it on for your convenience.

So, when it says DISABLE at the top, the autopay is not on, or is it on and i have to click disable to shut it off?

When it says ""Autopay: DISABLE, click here to change it" then it is already disabled.
