Hi there,

It says "Your advertisement clicks reset at 00:00". I take that to mean when the clock changes over to the next day (right after midnight) as some PTC's do. But in my case, it seems that I can't click again until I've gone over 24 hrs from the last time I clicked (no matter what hr that is). For instance, if I click at 3:00 in the afternoon, I can't click again until after 3:00 in the afternoon the next day. Not everyone can wait to click exactly 24 hrs after they last clicked, but if the clock resets daily after midnight as the website suggests, you are not so restricted. So which is it?... the clock resets at 00:00 as the website says (just after midnight) or the clock resets 24 hrs after you last clicked? Thanks. freebyrd

Ads reset at 00:00 (on server time-GMT) , As is often the default 0 (GMT-London, UK)

so, reset at 7:00 PM (USA )

Are you sure this is correct info? I clicked yesterday prior to 7:00pm for yesterday of course. Therefore, the ads should have reset at 7:00pm for today. Yet, this morning the ads have not reset for me. Can admin clarify when ads are supposed to reset USA time? Thanks.

Hello,

This is what i told you on Scarlet-clicks:

Hello,

I just checked yesterday to see if there is an issue and i clicked 2 ads,1 advertisement at 14:00 server time and one at 23:00 server time.
At 00:00 server time all my ptc ads reset and i was able to click both of those ads again,so i don't think that there is an issue.

Best regards,

Sorry, last I checked SC, there was no reply. I only saw ncxn reply here on GPT but didn't respond to that until today and had not rechecked SC.

But there is an issue. I clicked prior to 7:00pm USA time yesterday and today my ads still are not reset. Your ads may have reset but mine were not reset. If a member's ads are not reset, that is an issue. So you know, restarting my browser (which clears cookies/cache) did not solve the problem. Restarting my computer did not solve the problem. I am using fully updated FF (with AdBlock disabled) so I tried IE hoping I would have reset ads that way...but when I try to login, the screen just refreshes as though my login is incorrect (and yes, I logged out on FF first)! So that's another whole issue. IE has no add on's, I even disabled the IE popup blocker. No go! Same for SC. Do you know why this is happening?

Now, where are you located? When 00:00 YOUR server time, what time is it in the USA. If it's 7:00pm, then the issue still stands...my ads were not reset for today on GPT or SC. I would just like my ads reset for today as they should be. That is done by you, not me. Thanks and hoping to get this resolved soon.

Edit:
So sorry, forgot to ask this. Why is that if I click an unreset ad anyway, I get the message "You already visited this advertisement in the last 24 hours". That makes it sound like I can only click exactly 24 hrs after I last clicked, not after what you say is a specific reset time. So confused.

Hello,
Where are you located?
With me, all ads will reset at 00:00 (GMT-00), ex i am from Vietnam , ads reset at 7:00 AM ( GMT+7)

I noticed in the U.S., there are many different time zones?
GMT-5,6,7,8,9?

So, I did a google search regarding GMT. I now know what the current time is there vs my time. I think I know when my ads should reset now (my state does not observe daylight savings time changes, we stay constant year round) . I've been clicking later than that time, so that is probably my problem! I'll check it out later when I think ads should reset for me. freebyrd
