just a concern of mine . is it really RR issue or you are facing now paypal frozen funds issue like other ptc sites and now you dont want to tell your users about it and showing as a RR issue? dont want to hurt your feelings, just wants to clear the doubts coming in my mind. sorry if you feel bad.

I don't think it is a PAYPAL issue. I just checked the payment proof listing at the bottom of this page and there are a lot of PAYPAL payments done yesterday.

I think it really is a bug in the upgrade.

I checked my stats and it appears that my earnings are back to normal.
